  It is with dismay that I write this review, after shopping for years at BT have found the stores not only Wilton as I have tried other stores just to see if it was only at Wilton Mall. Today I went to find a certain item to which none was available . The prices have gone out of sight and the quality has gone way down. Ruff Hewn was a beautiful and good quality fabrics and now they have diminished to rags. I'm sorry to say that all of the clothing is cheap and costly, I've had an account and can't use it due to the prices and the quality of all the items in the store. Furthermore the help is always talking amongst themselves and don't pay attention to customers coming through the doors. Days of yesterday have long gone in the shopping industry.
