- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆November 09, 2019, by Tara DiDThe parking lot seem small and unsafe. It seems to be laid out in a have Hazard fashion in the entrance is stressful. There is a hotel and some strip mall stores in to CVS the CVS does not have a drive-thru which sucks. The CVS always seems to be extremely busy the staff is very nice. I still hate driving in to Congress Plaza. But the CVS is open 24 hours. And I still hate the parking lot.
