  Stopped in today to have a couple of suits purchased here last year altered. We were ignored for 15 minutes until I approached someone to ask if there was anyone there who could help us with alterations today. The salesman said yes but very rudely. As we were also going to purchase two suits and several shirts and ties and they were somewhat busy, we started looking at suits. No one offered assistance. When I noticed they were waiting on customers who came in after us. We left. I will never step foot in that store again. For the record we have been jos a banks loyal customers for years.I
