Saw Eric and he took care of everything! Bought out our contract, saved me about 100$ a month, and received the best treatment I've ever had at a cell phone store! Best part of all, is the service is identical! (P.S. Brian was fired months ago when they were made aware of his comments, and he was never a manager)
